We already suspected that Cyberpunk 2077 would be full of mature content, but now we have a glimpse at the specifics of kind of gore to expect.
As reported by PCGamesn, Brazil’s classification board briefly published its rating for Cyberpunk 2077, which was screenshotted and translated in a Reddit post before it could be taken down again. Unlike the unfortunate The Last Of Us 2 leaks, this one contains less spoilers and more a confirmation of the type of game Cyberpunk 2077 will be. The Developer lets everyone know their thoughts on the leak.
The footage isn’t on the same level as the Last of Us 2 spoiler from yesterday, which included massive plot points and cut-scenes. What’s uploaded here is more of an uncut look at Sasquatch HQ, a deeper look at menus that haven’t been shown off before like the upgrade system, and first and third-person footage of driving a motorcycle. There’s no major spoilers in here, but it’s more an opportunity to get a sense of the general flow of a mission.
The rating page goes into even more detail, though in poorly translated Portuguese, appearing to suggest that the game would contain nudity, “intense” sex scenes, sex work depictions and illegal drug use. As far as violence is concerned, the highest scores were given for portrayals of suicide, mutilation, “intentional death,” and cruelty.
